We have been in the domain name business for a few years now and have been selling them on eBay® for about 11 months. Below is a screen shot of one of our many accounts on eBay to show you just how much money can be made from selling domain names.

my eBay® accounts click image to enlarge Now keep in mind this screen shot was taken from one of our eBay business accounts on the 10th of March 2008. Notice what we made on the 9th of March! $190.72 with only 6 sales made (see picture below) and my total out of pocket purchase of these 6 domains was only $43.20. My eBay and PayPal fees were about $7 so if you add them together $190.72 - $43.20 - $7 = $140.52 Profit divide that by the 6 domains I purchased to resell $140.52 / 6 = $23.42 totaling $16.22 profit per domain name!
We have removed the User ID, Item Name & Number for Customers privacy. But as you can see all march 9th 2008 sales total $190.72. Now this is just the sales from a one day example! You will have days with lower sales and you WILL have days with HIGHER sales. We have sold domains on eBay for over a $3000+ Profit. This does happen!!!
